Product Data Management
ERIC Product Data Management lets you define how your products are manufactured and computes how much they cost. The module forms the central repository for product data accessed by other ERIC Manufacturing modules.
◣ Standard, alternate, and configurable bills of material (BOM).
◣ Component mass replace or mass delete with effectivity dates
◣ Support for by-products, co-products, waste and recycled products
◣ Work centers with machine/labor capacity, efficiency and cost rate definitions
◣ Standard and alternate product routings
◣ Support for operation yield, subcontract operations and make ready quantity
◣ Product costing broken down by material, labor, subcontract, and overhead costs.
Shop Floor Control
ERIC Shop Floor Control provides you with up-to-date work-in-process information concerning production completion, efficiency, and costs. The system also provides statistics on labor and machine performance and in-process quality control to help identify problem areas that needs to be addressed.
◣ Manufacturing orders
◣ Materials availability checking and requisition printing
◣ Shop traveler printing
◣ In-process transactions such as setup, run time, downtime, QC sample, etc., with barcode support
◣ Production status monitoring
◣ Activity based costing
◣ Production efficiencies and performance reports
Material Requirements Planning
The goal of ERIC Material Requirements Planning (ERP) is to satisfy customer demand while keeping inventory at minimum levels. The system ensures the arrival of materials are synchronized with the production schedule to reduce storage costs and inventory investment.
◣ Demand planning using sales forecasts and sales orders
◣ Master product schedule (MPS) generation for manufactured items
◣ Material requirements plan generation based on the MPS and bills of material
◣ Planned order creation based on planning parameters such as minimum order quantity, lead times, safety stock, and time fence.
◣ Firm planned orders supported.
◣ Convert planned orders to manufacturing orders or purchase requisitions
◣ Defer, expedite, or cancel existing manufacturing and purchase orders when demand changes
◣ Perform actual or simulated planning runs
Capacity Requirements Planning
ERIC Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP) module validates the generated master production schedule against capacity overload situations and allows planners to undertake measures to overcome them such as increasing working hours, add a new shift, hire new personnel, or just reschedule orders to an earlier or later date.

Maintenance Management
The ERIC Maintenance Management is a complete solution to provide corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment and facilities are in excellent working order and minimize unexpected down times.
◣ Equipment and facilities information
◣ Work requests for inspection and repair
◣ Work order creation for corrective maintenance
